1. Refund Window
Customers may request a refund of educational programmes and materials within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refundable Products:
- Educational programmes and courses
- Digital learning materials and guides
- Consultation packages (if no consultation has been completed)
- Group workshop bookings (cancellation made before the event)
Non-Refundable Items:
- Completed consultations or coaching sessions
- Workshops or events that have already occurred
- Merchandise or physical products (after 7 days)
- Services already rendered and delivered
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at info@restoreclear.world with your order details and reason for refund
- Provide proof of purchase (confirmation email, order number)
- We will assess your refund eligibility within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered for:
- Educational content that has been accessed or partially consumed
- Programmes partially completed (prorated refund)
- Services where some sessions or materials have been delivered
6. Cancellation of Consultations & Bookings
Cancellation by Customer: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the session fee. No-shows forfeit 100%.
Cancellation by Restoreclear: If we cancel, a full refund or reschedule is offered.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Technical faults preventing access to purchased materials
- Demonstrable delivery failures or service issues
- Goods received damaged or significantly different from description
8. No Satisfaction Guarantee
Results and outcomes from educational fitness content vary significantly based on individual factors. We do not offer refunds based on individual satisfaction with results or lack thereof, as individual responses to fitness education are highly variable.
9. Return of Physical Products
For any physical merchandise purchased:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days
